App Icon Image
Allowed extensions: jpg, jpeg, png
- Click the app icon image to upload your custom image for your workspace.
- The image will be used when Q replies to your messages.
- However, that image cannot be used for the app's profile image due to Slack's restrictions, so the image in the app section of the side menu and the image when hovering over the app itself will remain the same as the original.
- Click the X mark on the top right of the image to delete your custom image and revert to the original image.
Basic Information
- Type a new app name and click the save button to update the app name in your workspace.
- The app name will be used when Q replies to your messages.
- However, that name cannot be used for the app's profile name due to Slack's restrictions, so the name in the app section of the side menu and the name when hovering over the app itself will remain the same as the original.
- Delete the app name and click the save button to revert to the original app name, Q.
- When enabled, Q will greet to all members in a new channel when Q is invited to the channel with links such as the app home page, Twitter, and YouTube channel.
- When disabled, Q will NOT greet all members in a new channel when Q is invited to the channel.
- Default is enabled.
- If you turn this off, I suggest you write to all members in the channel that Q is now available in the channel and a brief introduction to Q and how to use it.
